Entrants may participate through Instagram, Facebook, or both.

Maximum: 2 entries per person — one Instagram entry and one Facebook entry.

Entering on both platforms is optional and gives the entrant two entries in the same random drawing.

TikTok is being used to promote this giveaway but is not an official method of entry.

No purchase, apartment search, lease, or use of North Star Apartment Locators' services is required to enter or win.

After the giveaway closes, North Star Apartment Locators will review the entries for eligibility.

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Instagram and Facebook entries.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted only through an official North Star Apartment Locators social-media account.

The potential winner will have 48 hours from the initial notification to respond.

If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or otherwise violates these Official Rules, North Star Apartment Locators may disqualify that person and randomly select an alternate winner.

The winner may be asked to provide reasonable information necessary to confirm eligibility and deliver the prize.

The confirmed winner is expected to be announced on or after September 1, 2026.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that North Star Apartment Locators may announce their first name and/or social-media username, where permitted by law.
